Description
**Job Objective:**
Provide technical and IT infrastructure support to users in administrative, operational, and clinical departments, ensuring the proper, secure, and continuous operation of systems, equipment, and technological resources that support organizational operations.
Technical Requirements
**Knowledge of:**
Windows operating systems
Hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals)
IT infrastructure, including structured cabling, connectivity, data networks, and telephony
Network and connectivity concepts (local area networks, Wi\-Fi, VPN, and related technologies)
Helpdesk and incident management tools
Knowledge of integration and support for medical and clinical equipment (desirable).
Knowledge of information security and LGPD (desirable).
Education

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to staff in administrative, operational, and clinical departments.
Deliver on-site and remote support, with logging, tracking, and closure of incidents via the helpdesk system.
Support the operation of corporate, operational, and clinical systems used by the organization.
Perform installation, configuration, maintenance, and support activities for workstations, laptops, printers, scanners, and general peripherals.
Carry out IT infrastructure tasks, including organizing and maintaining network outlets, structured cabling, physical connections, telephony, and inter-departmental connectivity.
Support data networks and connectivity, including local area networks, wireless networks, VPN, and other existing resources.
Perform user account creation, maintenance, and access control—including permissions and credentials—in accordance with internal policies.
Provide support for configuration and connectivity of medical and clinical equipment, in coordination with vendors, manufacturers, or responsible technical teams, adhering to technical and safety standards.
Identify, resolve, and track incidents and requests, escalating issues as needed per internal workflows.
Guide users on appropriate use of systems, equipment, and IT best practices.
Comply with internal policies, information security standards, LGPD, and institutional guidelines.
Assist in IT asset management, equipment inventory, and organization of the technology environment.
Contribute to process standardization, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the IT department.
