Prerequisites: * Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Information Security or related fields * Professional experience in the role: No prior information security experience required; however, a technical profile is essential, and candidates must be currently enrolled in training or degree programs in this field * Professional work experience: 1 year or more * Location: São Paulo (SP) — currently operating under a hybrid model, alternating between office and remote work. This position is open for negotiation with professionals from other cities and states. * Intermediate English proficiency for conversation and handling technical support tickets * Candidates with prior experience providing infrastructure support and knowledge Competencies: \- Knowledge of networks and infrastructure. * Required log management knowledge (consolidation, Windows Event Logs, Linux logs) * Incident and problem handling, and troubleshooting of viruses/ransomware * Knowledge of Active Directory (authentication and authorization processes) * Knowledge of software vulnerability analysis tools * Knowledge of patch and update management for corporate Windows environments * Availability for pre-sales and post-sales tasks * Organization, documentation, and ability to select learning content. NOTE: Candidates meeting one or more of these competencies would be highly valued. Preferred Qualifications: \- Experience in project implementations (scope, documentation, delivery) * Preferred knowledge of SIEM/Event Management * Experience in Information Security event management * Experience in log traceability to identify root causes of problems/incidents * Knowledge of antivirus and EDR solutions, endpoint and server protection configurations, as well as event management and administration \- Familiarity with CASB, CIAM, MDM, EDR, virtualization, load balancer, or related technologies is considered a plus.
