Implementation Specialist

Description

**JOB MISSION:** Responsible for ensuring site implementation, serving as the technical reference to enable solutions and guarantee adherence to deadlines, budget, and customer requirements. Requirements: **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze execution, foundation, and other technical documents related to implementation, ensuring alignment between planned specifications and field execution; * Ensure construction work is carried out in accordance with approved designs, technical specifications, and customer requirements; * Critically identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, incompatibilities, or improvement opportunities in designs and technical documents, and coordinate appropriate resolution with responsible departments; * Define and monitor the implementation activity schedule under their responsibility, flagging risks, deviations, and corrective actions; * Collaborate with internal departments and suppliers to facilitate site access, mobilization, construction execution, and implementation progress; * Monitor civil works execution, ensuring compliance with scope, schedule, cost, and approved quality standards; * Monitor the final energization process of sites, identifying and resolving pending items; * Support the physical acceptance process of sites, ensuring delivery in accordance with operational and customer requirements; * Ensure timely updates of implementation-related information, milestones, and documentation in company systems and controls; * Ensure suppliers comply with applicable safety, environmental, quality, and documentation requirements for implementation activities; * Act in accordance with the company’s ethical guidelines and compliance policies.
