Senior Data Analyst

We are hiring a **Senior Data Analyst** for **Clin** But this is not just a role for building reports or tracking numbers. We are looking for someone with prior experience in data analysis who wants to transform information into intelligence to support strategic decisions and generate real business impact. Today, Clin is the largest dental insurance provider in Brazil's North and Northeast regions, serving over 370,000 beneficiaries. This means data informs decisions that directly affect the experience of thousands of people: from beneficiaries seeking care, to HR teams managing lives, to operational teams ensuring efficiency and quality across every journey. The challenge for this person will be to analyze, structure, and interpret data—supporting various company departments in making more strategic, intelligent, and evidence-based decisions. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Designing and executing SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and analysis; * Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports, ensuring information remains up-to-date and accessible to business areas; * Conducting exploratory analyses to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement; * Collaborating with the data engineering team on developing and maintaining data pipelines; * Documenting processes, queries, and business rules; * Ensuring the quality, consistency, and reliability of data used in operations. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields; * Solid knowledge of SQL (complex queries, joins, subqueries, window functions, and CTEs); * Experience with BI and data visualization tools, preferably Metabase; * Strong analytical ability to interpret data and generate relevant business insights; * Excellent communication skills to clearly present results to both technical and non-technical audiences. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with data engineering concepts (pipelines, ETL/ELT, and data modeling); * Experience with cloud-based data environments (AWS Athena, S3, and Glue); * Knowledge of Python for data analysis and manipulation; * Experience in data-driven environments and strategic decision-making. **Additional Information:** **Market-competitive compensation** **Dental Plan \- Clin Digital** **Telemedicine in partnership with API Saúde** **Psychological Support in partnership with** **API Saúde** **Nutritional Guidance in partnership with** **API Saúde** ️ **Discount Club for leisure, education, and many other institutions** **Birthday Day Off** **A culture blending challenges and achievements** Here, we talk about sparking smiles by bringing **health**, **technology**, and **well-being** into people’s lives.
