**About the opportunity** We are looking for a **Community Analyst** to work exclusively on the **Decore Community**, led by the specialist **Ciça Rego Macedo**, ensuring an exceptional experience for students throughout their journey. This professional will be responsible for fostering a welcoming, organized, safe, and highly engaged environment, operating on both the **Circle** platform and the **community's private Instagram**. Their role will be essential in strengthening relationships with students, ensuring humanized support, encouraging member participation, organizing content, and identifying opportunities to improve the community experience. If you enjoy communicating, are comfortable with digital platforms, are organized, and believe in the power of a well-managed community, this opportunity is for you. **Main responsibilities:** * Welcome new community members on Circle and Instagram. * Provide humanized support, clarifying doubts about products, content, and community operations. * Direct students to the appropriate channels whenever necessary. * Follow up on requests that require a response. * Continuously monitor the community on Circle and the private Instagram. * Moderate posts, comments, and interactions, ensuring compliance with community rules. * Intervene in conflicts with respect, impartiality, and professionalism. * Identify inappropriate behaviors and act preventively. * Respond to direct messages (DMs) and moderate comments on Instagram. * Approve members and content according to established guidelines. * Identify commercial opportunities during interactions and forward them to the responsible team. * Uphold the tone of voice and image of specialist Ciça Rego Macedo in all communications. * Encourage student engagement and promote healthy interactions among members. * Support gamification campaigns and special community actions. * Organize content and flag outdated information. * Assist in categorizing posts to facilitate student navigation. * Record suggestions, identify patterns in questions, and report improvement opportunities to internal teams. * Escalate critical or complex situations to leadership when necessary. * Represent the company's values and culture in all interactions. * Ensure the confidentiality of student and company information. * Pursue continuous learning about products, processes, and tools used by the organization. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Excellent written communication in Portuguese. * Good reading comprehension. * Basic knowledge of Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive) or Microsoft Office. * Ease in using digital platforms. * Ability to quickly learn new tools and systems. * Basic knowledge of customer service. * Organization to record information and follow operational processes. * Experience or familiarity with Instagram management (DMs, comments, and content/member approvals). * Ability to use Artificial Intelligence tools to support productivity and communication, respecting company guidelines. * Possess a computer and adequate infrastructure to work in a **100% remote** regime. **Differentiators:** * Undergraduate or completed degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Pedagogy, Psychology, or related fields. * Knowledge of Customer Experience (CX) and/or Customer Success (CS). * Experience or familiarity with the Circle platform. * Experience with the management and moderation of digital communities (Circle, online groups, or membership programs). * Experience in customer service on digital channels. * Knowledge of community engagement strategies and gamification. **With that in mind, we offer:** * PJ (Individual Business) hiring model. * 100% remote work regime. * Compensation of R$ 4\.000,00/month. * Schedule from Monday to Saturday, with Saturday being half-day. * Wellhub: Basic\+. **Diversity and Inclusion** We value diversity and believe that different perspectives make our teams stronger.
