To join our team, the following are essential: * Residency in São Paulo * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in monitoring KPIs and processes; * Ability to prepare and analyze management reports; * Strong communication skills for conducting meetings and training sessions; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially advanced-level Excel Preferred qualifications: * Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, and databases Additional Information * On-site work (per company policy); * Availability to visit suppliers; * Dynamic, results-oriented environment; What awaits you daily: * Monitor delivery-time and operational-performance KPIs; * Prepare management reports focused on route control and efficiency; * Conduct KPI review meetings with suppliers to analyze performance; * Deliver training on new processes and team capacity building; * Monitor deadline compliance and propose improvements to optimize routes; * Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization. 2512180202551797178
