**Job Description**
As a member of the Tivoli Maiorana Belém Pará kitchen team, the 3rd Cook will be responsible for delivering sophisticated service while ensuring guest satisfaction at the restaurant in accordance with property, brand, and certifier standards.
**Brief description of responsibilities:**
* Maintain the highest standard of excellence in Food \& Beverage services;
* Maintain knowledge of all specialties and general descriptions of menu items;
* Assist in preparing dishes in general;
* Assist in buffet setup service;
* Handle, sanitize, peel, and cut food items;
* Assist in receiving, verifying, storing, and organizing supplies, materials, and raw ingredients;
* Clean and organize the workplace, wash and store utensils;
* Receive and execute orders from the dining room, paying attention to and respecting their specific requirements and details;
* Apply appropriate techniques for food handling and Food \& Beverage service in general;
* Behave in a friendly, professional, helpful, and courteous manner when interacting with guests, customers, and colleagues;
* Comply with all company, brand, and certifier service standards during job performance;
* Prioritize organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of one’s workstation;
* Prioritize organization, maintenance, and cleanliness of work materials;
* Follow all safety, sanitation, and loss prevention procedures mandated by the employer and its certifiers;
* Participate in training sessions and departmental meetings when requested;

**Qualifications** **General Skills:**

* Knowledge of Food \& Beverage services in “*buffet*” and “*à la carte*” formats.
