Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Systems Analyst with Protheus experience to provide support, drive enhancements, and ensure continuous improvement of operational and financial modules, while participating in implementation and process improvement projects. We are looking for a **Senior Systems Analyst** with experience in the **Protheus ERP (TOTVS)** to support, enhance, and continuously improve the company’s operational and financial modules. Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, performing system configurations, supporting user routines, and participating in implementation and process improvement projects. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide functional and technical support to users of Protheus modules; * Analyze and resolve ERP-related incidents and requests; * Perform configurations, adjustments, and system settings; * Support implementations, updates, and testing of new features; * Prepare technical and functional documentation; * Collaborate between business areas and IT to improve processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Protheus experience** in the following modules: * Purchasing (SIGACOM) * Finance (SIGAFIN) * Billing (SIGAFAT) * Inventory/Costs (SIGAEST) * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Analysis or related fields; * Knowledge of the **Configurator (SIGACFG)**; * Basic knowledge of **SQL** (queries, filters, simple joins); * Familiarity with analyzing and interpreting Protheus tables; * Experience in functional support and user assistance. **Desirable:** * Knowledge of **ADVPL** (reading or development); * Experience with **Protheus integrations** and messaging; * Understanding of **Protheus data dictionary, routines, and internal processes**; * Experience in implementation or version migration projects (e.g., versions 2410, 2510). **Additional Information** **Development and Growth:** **Unimoas:** We offer incentives for undergraduate, postgraduate, and short-term courses, with subsidies ranging from 30% to 70%, subject to approval. **For Your Health:** **Life Insurance**: 100% covered by the company; **Medical Assistance** (available after probation period) * 100% for the employee * 90% for dependents * 50% for spouse **Dental Assistance** (available after probation period), fully covered by the employee; **TotalPass (Health and Movement):** Up to **3 dependents** can be included, with simplified payment via app and payroll deduction. **For Your Daily Life:** Transportation Allowance or Fuel Assistance; Basic Food Basket or Meal Voucher;; Meal Voucher or On-site Cafeteria (depending on location); Pharmacy Card with payroll deduction; Daily breakfast provided; Discounts on products from group brands. **Recognition for Your Performance:** **PPR – Profit Sharing Program**: Bonus based on company goals and results. **Building Purposeful Connections: This Is Our Way** At Grupo Moas, we believe in the power of connections.
