If you enjoy transforming data into decisions, building high-impact analyses, and working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, this opportunity may be right for you. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Work on structural projects related to data maturity and commercial intelligence. * Develop strategic analyses related to discount policy and pricing. * Structure databases and support the evolution of the area’s analytical architecture. * Build end-to-end analyses, connecting data, business, and decision-making. * Develop analytical solutions focused on efficiency gains and strategic support. * Create dashboards, reports, and KPIs for performance monitoring. * Support commercial discussions through critical analyses and insight generation. * Act autonomously in prioritizing, organizing, and executing departmental tasks. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Advanced proficiency in SQL (mandatory). * Experience building and structuring databases. * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking. * Autonomous, organized, and problem-solving oriented profile. * Experience in analytical environments and structural projects. * Good communication skills and ease of interaction with business areas. * Retail industry experience. **Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of Python. * Experience in Pricing, pricing strategy, or commercial policy. * Experience in data maturity and analytical governance projects. **Additional Information** At Leo, we believe caring for people is part of how we grow together.
