




Job Description: Ingredients for the Combo: * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, Engineering, Technology, Project Management, or related fields. * Solid experience as an HR Process Analyst or Generalist HR Analyst with strong focus on processes, policies, and projects. * Broad-based HR experience (e.g., hiring, separations, employee movements, positions and compensation, benefits, time & attendance, performance evaluation, etc.). * Experience in process mapping and design (BPM, flowcharts). * Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced) and Office 365. * Knowledge of Power BI (dashboard and report creation and/or maintenance). * Experience with HR systems: HCM, ATS, Payroll (FOPAG), Performance Management. * Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors. * Experience with process design and documentation tools such as Visio and Miro. * Knowledge and practical application of continuous improvement methodologies: PDCA, Design Thinking, Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5W2H. * Experience using or interacting with ServiceNow or similar service management / workflow tools. Preferred Qualifications: * Prior experience in retail or large-scale organizations with high-volume HR processes. * Experience in digitally transforming environments and adopting new HR solutions. What Will Your Challenge Be? * Map, design, review, and standardize HR processes (onboarding, offboarding, employee movements, benefits, time & attendance, performance management, etc.) using best practices in BPM and flowcharts. * Develop and update HR policies, standards, procedures, announcements, and manuals, ensuring clarity, legal compliance, and alignment with organizational culture. * Lead continuous improvement initiatives applying methodologies such as PDCA, Design Thinking, Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, 5W2H, and others. * Participate in HR projects as a Process/Project Analyst, performing planning, tracking action plans, managing risks, and communicating with stakeholders. * Collaborate with Technology, Operations, and other stakeholders to design and implement HR solutions within systems (HCM, ATS, Payroll, Performance Management, etc.). * Support configuration, enhancement, and utilization of SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow (or similar), and other HR platforms. * Build and analyze HR process reports, dashboards, and KPIs using Excel and Power BI to generate actionable insights for decision-making. * Serve as the technical reference for HR processes, guiding internal teams, promoting best practices, and ensuring consistent policy implementation. * Identify recurring issues, bottlenecks, and risks in processes and propose innovative, sustainable solutions. * Conduct testing, pilots, and validations of new processes, system layouts, and service workflows. 2512160202201868507
