Salary: R$ 3\.113,55 Employment Type: CLT – Permanent Location: Campo Comprido – Curitiba/PR Responsibilities **:** **Proven experience in corporate legalization (e.g., corporate transformations, reorganizations, changes to shareholder composition, capital contributions, etc.);** * Drafting and reviewing corporate bylaws, amendments, minutes, and powers of attorney; * Proficiency with systems of the Commercial Registry (Junta Comercial), Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), State Tax Authorities, Municipal Government, and professional regulatory bodies; * Critical analytical skills and ability to interpret relevant legislation; * Technical client interaction and end-to-end process management; direct client contact for corporate matters; * Issuance of negative certificates (municipal, state, FGTS, labor, and federal); * Renewal of operating licenses (e.g., health permits, fire department permits, and other required licenses); * Company incorporation, amendment, and dissolution; * Basic knowledge of the Commercial Registry (Junta Comercial), Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal), Municipal Government, and other relevant agencies; * Familiarity with corporate structures (MEI, EI, LTDA, etc.); * Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Law, Business Administration, or Accounting; * Experience serving clients across diverse sectors and managing high-volume workloads; * Administrative procedures such as refund requests, various filings via e-CAC and other government systems, INPI (trademark registration), CNO regularization, and RADAR system enrollment via SISCOMEX portal. * Knowledge of municipal, state, and federal installment plans is a plus. * Benefits: * Transportation Voucher (Flash card, equivalent to 2 daily trips – usable for public transport or fuel), with 6% payroll deduction; * Meal Voucher: R$ 31.00/day, with 20% payroll deduction; * Free, secure parking; * Monthly social events; * Recognition for tenure; * Collaborative environment and internal appreciation.
