Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, serving as the primary contact point, and performing audits, reconciliations, and coordination of system updates. Conducting audits, reconciliations, and system coordination The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing, acting as the liaison between employees, financial institutions, and third-party vendors. They will conduct data audits and reconciliations, ensuring that compensation policies and legal requirements are correctly applied, and coordinate payroll system updates. Additionally, they will support internal audits, tax obligations, and related processes such as stock options, regulatory documentation, and commission reviews. **Responsibilities** * Processing employee changes, salary adjustments, new hires, and tax-related updates * Calculating salaries, bonuses, and other departmental requirements * Entering and maintaining information in the system * Monitoring and generating departmental reports and spreadsheets * Auditing data and information * Providing general support to the HR department as needed **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent * Minimum of 1 year of experience in payroll * Knowledge of timekeeping systems (mandatory) * Basic knowledge of Excel (at least) * Familiarity with NEXUS and TOTVS systems is a strong plus * Knowledge of timekeeping systems * Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week onsite, 3 days remote) in São Paulo, SP **\#LI\-FL1**
