People Management: Responsible for leading the operational team (drivers and assistants); Pay attention to communication to ensure alignment with the team and effectiveness; Monitor employee working hours (time sheets, absences, medical certificates). Client: Interact directly with clients, possessing the ability to align service delivery and negotiate deadlines; External Logistics: Manage loading schedules to meet delivery deadlines; Conduct acquisition, negotiation, and analysis of documentation for new partner drivers. Administrative: Issue CTE, Manifest, and CIOT documents (for third parties) via system; Prepare and update analytical reports (KPIs); Submit operational closing reports. Requirements: * Experience in transportation and external logistics; * Direct client interaction experience; * Prior experience leading a team; * Knowledge of transportation documentation; * Flexible availability. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
