




Description: * Senior leadership in People Management, with experience in growing companies and/or industrial or technological contexts; * Experience in expansion, organizational transformation, and/or implementation of new units or factories; * Comprehensive involvement across the entire people lifecycle, with solid experience in organizational design, compensation, benefits, and payroll; * Experience in leadership development and career succession. * Implement change management strategies; * Implement and monitor organizational processes and structures, with a focus on innovation and agility; * Design compensation, incentive, benefits, and labor/union relations strategies aligned with performance, strategic results, and budgets; * Ensure payroll governance; * Act as a strategic partner to the Presidency and senior leadership, aligning business strategy with people management; * Support the implementation and ramp-up of the new factory; * Implement modern HR technologies and digital processes, optimizing people management, increasing efficiency, and delivering an innovative experience to employees. 2512180202551925086
