




Job Summary: An HR professional to manage recruitment, selection, payroll, benefits, and organizational climate, supporting leaders and ensuring legal compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive HR operations, from recruitment to benefits management. 2. Strategic support to leaders and organizational development. 3. Focus on organizational climate and labor compliance. * Conduct recruitment and selection processes (job postings, interviews, and feedback); * Carry out onboarding for new employees; * Manage hiring, termination, and internal transfers; * Support Accounting in payroll and labor charge routines; * Monitor electronic time tracking and Bank of Hours / Overtime; * Manage and control benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.); * Track and analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, headcount); * Support leaders in people management and decision-making; * Develop and implement organizational climate and engagement initiatives; * Participate in organizational development projects; * Ensure compliance with labor legislation.
