Higher education (completed or in progress) ***HR Analyst*** We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our team! **Responsibilities:** Perform labor calculations, including vacation, termination, and 13th salary; Execute payroll and labor charge closing; Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and contractual changes; Issue tax forms and labor charges; Request benefits such as transportation and meal vouchers. **Requirements:** Experience in the Human Resources Department **Knowledge of the Alterdata system** Higher education (completed or in progress) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Benefits: Meal voucher: BRL 14.00 per day Transportation voucher Medical assistance (Medgold) After probation period: 1 day onsite and 1 day remote work Employment type: Full-time CLT Salary: BRL 3,000.00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work location: Hybrid remote work for Belo Horizonte, MG
