Process and verify payroll. Manage electronic timekeeping, working hours, and time bank. Calculate and administer vacation, 13th salary, and leaves of absence. Calculate and validate labor charges. Submit and verify information in eSocial, EFD\-Reinf, and DCTFWeb. Attend to employees and clarify work-related issues. Ensure compliance with labor and social security legislation. Previous experience as a Human Resources Specialist, Human Resources Consultant, Human Resources Coordinator, or Human Resources Assistant may indicate suitability for some activities of this position.
