**SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:**
* Evaluate and manage the performance appraisal cycle, supporting leadership in implementation and result monitoring;
* Plan, administer, and analyze organizational climate surveys, proposing and tracking improvement actions;
* Collect, verify, and consolidate payroll information for submission to headquarters;
* Analyze and validate payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current legislation;
* Support time and attendance management, performing verifications and coordination with leadership;
* Plan and execute internal marketing initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement and organizational culture;
* Manage ASOs (Occupational Health Certificates) and absences, ensuring record updates and compliance;
* Conduct recruitment and selection processes, from profile alignment through candidate onboarding;
* Onboard new employees and monitor their probationary period;
* Support and implement training and development initiatives;
* Manage personnel administration processes (hiring, vacations, termination, time and attendance, and benefits);
* Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal policies;
* Support leadership in people management by providing guidance and assistance;
* Implement organizational climate and engagement initiatives;
* Manage HR metrics and prepare reports;
* Contribute to process improvements and HR project implementation.
**REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:**
* Completed undergraduate degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
* Prior experience as a Generalist HR Analyst;
* Experience in recruitment and selection, and familiarity with personnel administration routines (hiring, vacations, termination, time and attendance, and benefits);
* Knowledge of labor legislation;
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.
**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS PACKAGE:**
Salary + Dental Plan + Transportation Allowance + Meal Allowance + 100% Scholarship (for dependents)
**WORK SCHEDULE:**
Employment Type: CLT / Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.
Compensation: R$3,000.00 – R$3,500.00 per month
