Verify severance items including salary balance, vacation pay, 13th salary, and notice period. Generate and verify severance documents. Schedule homologations where applicable. Issue FGTS, GRRF, and unemployment insurance guides. Monitor statutory payment deadlines. Update payroll system records. Assist and clarify matters for terminated employees. Support internal audits and reconciliations. Previous experience as an HR Assistant, HR Analyst, Recruitment and Selection Assistant, or Training Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor's degree in progress.
