Responsibilities and Duties * Verify and enter invoices into the system. * Check due dates and schedule payments. * Execute payments (bank slips, suppliers, taxes, payroll, reimbursements). * Monitor short-term cash flow. * Review purchase orders and contracts prior to payment. * Maintain relationships with suppliers. * Organize fiscal documents and supporting evidence. * Support monthly/financial closing. * Issue invoices and bank slips. * Record and track receipts. * Monitor delinquency and identify outstanding amounts. * Reconcile bank accounts daily. * Update cash inflow reports. Requirements and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Financial Management, or related fields.
