**Main responsibilities:** * Verification and reconciliation of all accounting entries; * Verification of payroll-related accounting entries and corresponding accruals; * Verification of accounting values against tax calculations (revenues, sales returns, purchases, purchase returns, and calculated taxes); * Calculation and recording of Cost of Goods Sold (COGS); * Preparation of financial statements; * Reconciliation of accounting accounts and balance sheet closing; * Profit calculation and submission of the SPED Contábil; * Submission of ancillary obligations (IBGE, DIRF); * Guidance to clients on accounting aspects of operations, development of chart of accounts, support in year-end closing for companies under real profit, presumed profit, and Simples Nacional regimes. **Desired qualifications:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Accounting; * Professional experience in the accounting field; * Active CRC registration is a plus.
