Provide support for audits and continuous process improvement **Job Description:** ---------------------- We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to join our team! We seek an analytical, organized professional with strong technical accounting knowledge who will contribute to the quality of financial information and strengthen the company’s accounting controls. Responsibilities: Conduct monthly accounting closing, ensuring accurate reporting and adherence to deadlines; Perform critical analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts, ensuring integrity and reliability of accounting balances; Support the preparation and review of financial statements and explanatory notes in accordance with applicable accounting standards; Validate significant accounting entries, including payroll provisions, depreciation of fixed assets, and amortization of intangible assets; Prepare and monitor regulatory reports (CADOCs 4010, 4016, 4060, and 4066\) and other obligations with the Central Bank and regulatory authorities; Support internal and external audits, as well as contribute to continuous improvement and automation of accounting processes. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor's degree in Accounting; Active and valid CRC registration; Solid experience in accounting routines and monthly accounting closing; Experience in analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet and income statement accounts; Experience in preparing or supporting financial statements; Knowledge of regulatory obligations and Central Bank reporting (CADOCs); Experience supporting internal and external audits; Intermediate or advanced Excel proficiency. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NO **Benefits:** --------------- Meal or Food Card: R$28.00 per working day; Health Insurance: 50% co-payment; Dental Insurance: 70% co-payment; Transportation Voucher; TotalPass: Benefit for access to partner gyms; Dedicated dining and rest area in an innovative and comfortable environment; Casual Friday; Special events and commemorative dates. **Work Location:** ---------------------- PRAXIS **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
