Join our team and become part of a group that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Attend to customers and identify vehicle needs. * Prepare and present service estimates. * Sell automotive services, inspections, and maintenance. * Open, monitor, and close service orders. * Align diagnostics, deadlines, and parts with the technical team. * Keep customers updated on service progress. * Deliver vehicles and conduct post-sale follow-up. * Handle complaints and ensure customer satisfaction. * Monitor KPIs and complete reports. * Maintain organization and quality of service delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). * Prior experience in the field. **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS — THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We offer the traditional benefits you already know — and go beyond them.
