Manage recruitment and selection (R&S) metrics and support employer branding **Information:** \- Working Hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday to Thursday; 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Fridays. \- Salary/Benefits: Market-competitive. \- Education: Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields. **Key Responsibilities:** \- Lead end\-to\-end recruitment and selection processes (from job opening to onboarding). \- Align candidate profiles with hiring managers. \- Develop and post job openings on platforms and social media. \- Screen resumes and conduct active candidate hunting. \- Conduct competency-based interviews (online and in-person). \- Administer and interpret behavioral and technical assessments. \- Prepare candidate evaluation reports and summaries. \- Manage recruitment and selection (R\&S) metrics (time-to-fill, SLA, cost-per-hire, turnover, etc.). \- Support employer branding initiatives. \- Ensure a positive candidate experience. \- Support onboarding processes when required. **Technical Competencies:** \- Experience with end\-to\-end recruitment. \- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the field. \- Competency-based interviewing techniques. \- Active candidate sourcing and hunting (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards). \- Knowledge of behavioral assessments (DISC, MBTI, etc.). \- Recruitment metrics analysis.vMicrosoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets). \- Basic understanding of labor legislation (CLT).
