Pedagogical Advisor \- RP 19544 \- Fiep System (Fiep, Sesi, Senai, and IEL). What are the challenges and main responsibilities? Monitor and guide the pedagogical work of elementary school (initial years) teachers; Lead pedagogical monitoring processes, classroom observations, and formative feedback sessions for teaching staff; Support pedagogical planning aligned with the National Common Curriculum Base (BNCC), institutional methodologies, and the unit’s bilingual practices; Support students’ academic and socioemotional development; Organize and conduct pedagogical meetings, internal training sessions, and team alignment activities; Support families regarding matters related to students’ pedagogical development; Monitor educational indicators and propose strategies for continuous improvement; Contribute to implementing and strengthening the bilingual project within daily school routines; Collaborate integrally with teachers, teaching assistants, pedagogical support staff, and multidisciplinary teams. **Requirements:** What are the main requirements?
