In this role, you can make a difference through the following responsibilities: JOB DESCRIPTION Diagnose pastoral needs; develop planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of pastoral activities; systematize local pastoral processes integrated with the unit’s overall planning; Evaluate team performance, fostering professional and spiritual development processes; Represent the unit before the local community and Church on pastoral/ ecclesial matters; Serve on the Interdisciplinary Team and ensure pastoral interface and action across all areas of the unit; Develop ongoing formation aligned with the Marist charism, ensuring the Marist mission and spirituality from the perspective of the Pastoral School; Support the SVCL in vocational processes; Coordinate, facilitate, and animate meetings, assemblies, retreats, formation sessions, and other related activities; Develop joint projects with other Marist units and the local Church; Promote a fraternal work environment through adherence to and living out institutional values. **Requirements for this role:** Bachelor’s degree in Humanities, Theology, or Philosophy.
