




Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, implementing, and managing occupational health and safety (OHS) policies; delivering training; monitoring safety indicators; conducting audits; and inspecting facilities to ensure workplace safety. Experience in OHS management, training delivery, and accident investigations Description: * Completed technical education in Occupational Safety (TST) * Active DRT registration * Experience in civil construction or industrial/manufacturing environments * Practical knowledge of NR-10 * Hands-on experience applying regulatory standards and using PPE for various machinery * Willingness to reside in or near Águas Lindas * Valid driver's license and personal vehicle * Develop, implement, and manage the Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) policy, including PCMSO and PGR for employees and third parties * Prepare quotations and finalize proposals with occupational medicine clinics * Deliver training on safety regulations, fire prevention, and accident prevention * Monitor safety and health targets, indicators, and outcomes * Conduct audits, inspections, and occupational risk assessments, proposing preventive measures * Perform daily inspections of company facilities, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance with safety standards * Supervise fire-fighting equipment (hoses, hydrants, extinguishers, etc.) * Prepare periodic reports and corrective action plans based on inspections and audits * Investigate accidents, identify root causes, and coordinate medical and social assistance * Monitor and enforce proper use of PPE by employees and third parties * Conduct Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and educational activities to raise OHS awareness * Develop educational materials on occupational safety * Integrate and guide service providers at construction sites to ensure operational safety * Participate in safety meetings, review proposals, and implement improvements * Use computer tools and software to support departmental activities * Perform and support other tasks inherent to the role. 2512250202491368815
