**Responsibilities and duties**
* Perform critical analysis of service requests, evaluating customer, asset, failure, criticality, history, and operational impact;
* Serve as the primary point of contact with the customer, understanding the technical need and defining the optimal service strategy;
* Schedule and optimize technicians’ agendas considering location, qualification, material availability, and consolidation of service visits;
* Ensure clear and proactive communication with the customer regarding scheduling, status, and any unforeseen issues;
* Actively monitor field service activities, including daily checkpoints and deviation management;
* Anticipate needs for spare parts, third-party services, and resources to avoid rework and unproductive visits;
* Ensure quality, completeness, and traceability of information recorded in service orders;
* Accurately track estimated times, downtime hours, service order classifications, and technical entries;
* Guarantee proper and disciplined closure of service orders, with no systemic pending items;
* Collaborate closely with coordination teams, technicians, procurement, after-sales, and other involved departments.
**Requirements and qualifications**
* Knowledge of maintenance area;
* Proven experience managing a service portfolio.
