Focus on contract management, legislation, and project management tools. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** **EXPERIENCE** * Minimum of 3 (three) years of experience in leadership or people management roles, verified via employment record book (CTPS) registration or employer declaration. **EDUCATION** * **Education Level:** Bachelor's degree (Administration; Accounting Sciences; Economics; Statistics; Law; Engineering; or equivalent fields), with a duly registered diploma (or certificate) issued by a higher education institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC). **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Represent the company before the client, ensuring compliance with applicable contractual and legal requirements; * Coordinate and supervise teams involved in engineering service or project execution, ensuring quality and adherence to deadlines; * Serve as the focal point for administrative and operational requests, resolving issues and promoting workflow efficiency; * Ensure alignment between contractual objectives and team-delivered outcomes; prepare managerial reports and monitor performance indicators. **DESIRABLE KNOWLEDGE** * Contract management, legislation applicable to the engineering sector, and proficiency in project management tools. **SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES** * Leadership and team management; * Conflict resolution and decision-making ability; * Clear and assertive communication; * Organization and priority management; * Proactivity and commitment to results. **About CAPCO:** At Capco, we foster an inclusive culture.
