Come join our team and become a Med Member. **Responsibilities and Duties** ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED 5\.3\.1 Support the school management team and other professionals in interacting with students’ guardians and the school community; 5\.3\.2 Support the development and implementation of actions outlined in the School Coexistence Improvement Plan in partnership with the Education Directorate and the school unit, the School Coexistence Orientation Teacher (POC), and the Curriculum Specialist Teacher (PEC); 5\.3\.3 Design and conduct collective training sessions, guidance activities, and group dynamics for education professionals and students; 5\.3\.4 Maintain documentary/clinical records of all professional activities, in accordance with ethical obligations; 5\.3\.5 Use only assessment methods, techniques, and instruments scientifically recognized in the psychologist’s professional practice and compliant with current regulations and guidelines issued by the Federal Psychology Council; 5\.3\.6 Record all activities and interventions on the platform selected by the Secretary for Program Management; 5\.3\.7 Provide individualized support to students when deemed necessary by the professional, including guidance and referrals to protective networks; 5\.3\.8 In emergency situations involving students, such individualized support must comply with the principles of comprehensive protection established under Law No. 8,069 of July 13, 1990; 5\.3\.9 All interventions must be conducted in person, except where remote work is strictly indispensable for specific circumstances; 5\.4\.1 Guide daily practices based on pedagogical guidelines, educational policies, and schools’ Political-Pedagogical Projects, promoting alignment between institutional principles and educational practices; 5\.4\.2 Identify and analyze strengths, weaknesses, challenges, and opportunities within the school context to continuously improve school operations, pedagogical processes, and educational outcomes, with attention to emerging demands in the school-territory relationship; 5\.4\.3 Promote the development of students’ socioemotional competencies, strengthening learning, interpersonal relationships, and school coexistence; 5\.4\.4 Guide and support teaching staff in improving pedagogical practices, considering non-pedagogical factors influencing teaching-learning and acting to prevent and resolve issues compromising the educational process; 5\.4\.5 Implement initiatives that foster respectful and inclusive coexistence, collective conflict resolution, and prevention of violence; 5\.4\.6 Understand and value the roles of various stakeholders in the school community—including teachers, parents, staff, and students—in collective actions promoting well-being and integration; 5\.4\.7 Identify psychosocial needs within the school environment, welcoming diversity and working to dismantle prejudice and violence; 5\.4\.8 Contribute to valuing African, Afro-Brazilian, and Indigenous history and culture, as well as strengthening ethnic-racial relations and anti-racism efforts; 5\.4\.9 Facilitate and strengthen relational bonds, mediate training processes, promote dialogue between families and schools, and reinforce pedagogical bonds; 5\.4\.10 Create support groups fostering inclusion and cooperation within the school community; 5\.4\.11 Actively participate in identifying, classifying, and referring cases of social vulnerability or violations of educational rights, in coordination with the State Education Secretariat and regional agencies.
