Maintain regular contact with franchisees for negotiations and collections. Manage and update delinquency reports and title control records. Analyze renegotiation contracts and monitor compliance with established terms. Propose improvements to collections and delinquency management processes. **REQUIREMENTS** Prior experience in collections, preferably in high-pressure environments. Strong communication and negotiation skills with franchisees. Knowledge of contract management and renegotiation processes. Familiarity with financial control tools and reporting systems. Bachelor's degree in related fields (Administration, Finance, Accounting, or similar) is a plus. **COMPETENCIES** Focus on results and problem solving.
