Job Summary: Provide excellent customer service by resolving billing inquiries, opening requests, and performing collections, ensuring financial regularization and equipment recovery. Responsible for equipment recovery and regularization Deliver excellent customer service by supporting customers with duplicate bill issuance, clarifying billing-related questions, and opening requests such as discounts, due date changes, and payment reversals, ensuring customer needs are met promptly and efficiently; collect from customers overdue for more than 16 days, ensuring financial pending issues are regularized, performing adjustments, and initiating service orders for equipment recovery.
