Requirements: The **Sustentation Support area within the Pension vertical** of the Scaf product is responsible for **supporting modules related to registration, collection, billing, actuarial services, and legal obligations**, and seeks a **JUNIOR SOFTWARE ENGINEER** to join our team — the largest software development company and provider of financial-market products in Brazil — where we believe technological innovation inspires evolution. **This position will be responsible for:** * Developing, debugging, and maintaining features in applications using .NET and C\#. * Performing analysis, investigation, and resolution of bugs in existing systems. * Creating, modifying, and optimizing SQL procedures and queries (including INSERT, DELETE, UPDATE, and DEBUG). * Collaborating with the development team to define technical solutions. * Participating in code reviews and contributing to continuous process improvement. * Documenting solutions, workflows, and system changes. * Strong communication skills (oral and written). * Ability to interpret and critically analyze information. * Organization. * Ability to work under pressure. * Identifying bugs reported by customers and forwarding them to the Level 3 (N3) team for resolution. **To \#match this role, the following mandatory requirements must be met:** * Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor’s degree; * Required education and certifications: * Knowledge/experience/working with SQL Server: * Knowledge/experience/working with .NET and C\# for debugging and resolving specific errors. **The following knowledge or experience would be considered a plus:** * Knowledge of closed pension plans.
