TruckPag is a company specialized in payment solutions for the transportation sector, offering services that streamline financial management for truck drivers and freight companies. **Responsibilities:** Monitor the receivables portfolio (using tools such as BI, Gestão, Bitrix, etc.), generate collection reports, contact delinquent customers daily, monitor and gather information from query platforms, judicial proceedings, and other necessary sources. Meet with customers in person or electronically to negotiate and propose extrajudicial settlement agreements. Execute extrajudicial collection processes (emails, notarial protests, phone calls, messages, and on-site visits). Collaborate with other departments.
