**Responsibilities:**
* Conduct recruitment processes for various levels and operational areas, from initial screening through to hiring completion.
* Screen resumes, conduct individual interviews, and prepare technical and behavioral evaluation reports.
* Create and publish job postings across multiple platforms and communication channels.
* Organize and support group dynamics, collective interviews, and other selection methodologies.
* Manage and update the talent pool, keeping it organized and strategically aligned for future hiring needs.
* Monitor candidates throughout the entire recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Support HR metrics analysis and monitoring, such as turnover, absenteeism, and other people management-related indicators.
* Assist in implementing talent retention strategies and actions to improve organizational climate.
* Provide administrative support to the HR management team, ensuring process organization and efficiency.
* Collaborate on initiatives and projects that reinforce organizational culture and promote employee well-being.
**Qualifications:**
* Currently enrolled in or graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources Management or Psychology;
* Prior experience in Recruitment and Selection (preferably in companies handling high-volume recruitment processes);
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
* Familiarity with HR management systems.
**Additional Information:**
* Working hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:00–18:00; Friday, 08:00–17:00
Employment type: Permanent CLT contract
Compensation: R$1.800,00 – R$2.500,00 per month
