If you enjoy challenges, know how to position yourself respectfully, and do not shy away from responsibility, this opportunity is for you. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Contact customers to collect outstanding invoices * Negotiate payment deadlines and methods * Monitor delinquency and agreed-upon arrangements * Update financial spreadsheets and systems * Issue bank slips, reports, and receivables controls * Support finance department routines * Maintain professional and ethical relationships with customers ### **✅ Requirements** * Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies preferred) * Experience in collections or finance-related roles * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Basic knowledge of Excel and financial systems * Firm, polite, and results-oriented profile ### **Advantages** * Experience in debt negotiation * Experience in accounts receivable * Knowledge of ERP systems such as Totvs or Dynamics 365 ### **Benefits** Salary: R$ 2.120,00 Medical plan with co-payment (Bradesco); Dental plan; ️ On-site restaurant; * Breakfast; Birthday Day-Off; Gympass (Wellhub); Monthly food basket; Transportation allowance Working hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:42 AM to 5:30 PM
