Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing bank reconciliation, managing bills, controlling deposits, monitoring customer credit limits, conducting daily collections, and providing service to customers and commercial departments. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive bill management and customer financial control. 2. Direct customer service and support to customers and commercial departments. 3. Support for external audits by sending documents and reports. We at AUNDE Brasil are seeking a candidate for the position of Financial Assistant. The professional will be responsible for: * Performing daily bank reconciliation of customer receipts; * Bill management (issuance, clearance, extension, discounts, submission to notary); * Controlling advance customer deposits and releasing invoicing; * Monitoring customer credit limits; * Daily collection of overdue invoices and national customer debit applications; * Customer registration and system updates; * Customer service for bill requests, extensions, and debit inquiries; * Supporting commercial departments in monitoring customer situations; * Providing and submitting documents, reports, and evidence to External Audit upon request; Mandatory Requirements: * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Accounting Sciences, Financial Management, or related fields; * Basic Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
