Support in defining the new financial system and budget forecasting **FINANCIAL ASSISTANT - REMOTE WORK (PJ)** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Financial system operations, contract entries, payments; Control of supplier and employee payments; Collection of overdue invoices; Categorization by cost center (chart of accounts); Cost, revenue, and expense analysis; Cash basis accounting control; Complete income statement (DRE); Customer inquiry handling; Issuance of duplicate bills / invoices; Contract termination calculations for employees and customers; Weekly meetings with the finance management team; Presentation of monthly financial analysis; Contract price adjustments; Assistance in defining the new financial system; Budget forecasting; Other financial activities. **Requirements:** Requirements: Organizational skills to handle large volumes of data, systems, spreadsheets, and information; Trustworthiness and credibility to work directly with the company's financial data; Financial intelligence and logical thinking for decision-making and financial operations; Strong negotiation and communication skills for collections and customer negotiations; Experience in operational tasks related to this role (administrative and/or accounting); Strong analytical and financial projection capabilities; Experience in financial management, financial intelligence, and strategic business vision; Knowledge of BI tools. **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: 40 hours per week. **Benefits:** Salary of R$ 3\.000,00 \+ R$ 500,00 based on performance targets after 3 months. *Apply via the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
