Main Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable Analysis: Evaluate customers' financial history, payment capacity, and credit behavior (Serasa/SCPC/portals inquiries). Credit Limit Management: Define and review credit limits, proposing approval, denial, or blocking of installment purchases. Risk Management: Monitor the receivables portfolio, identify delinquency risks, and propose action plans. Negotiation and Collections: Actively engage debtors and negotiate outstanding debts. Financial Reporting: Prepare managerial reports on accounts receivable performance, delinquency rates, and cash flow projections. Required Qualifications: \- Completed undergraduate degree in fields related to the role. \- Proven experience in the described responsibilities. \- Proficiency in Excel and related systems and tools.
