




Job Summary: This professional will be responsible for managing and submitting client information to eSocial, ensuring data compliance, adherence to legal deadlines, and correct event processing. Key Highlights: 1. Management and submission of information to eSocial for clients 2. Analysis of inconsistencies and reprocessing of events 3. Internal support and participation in risk management This professional will be responsible for managing and submitting client information to eSocial, ensuring data compliance, adherence to legal deadlines, and correct event processing. ***Responsibilities:*** *From the 5th to the 15th of each month:* Submit XML files to eSocial, prepare inconsistency reports, analyze system return messages, implement necessary adjustments, and reprocess events as required by client demands and validations. This professional will also be responsible for accessing the eSocial system for specific corrections when necessary. *After the 16th:* Continue adjustments aimed at eliminating inconsistencies, submit billing notices related to digital certificates and/or powers of attorney, configure new companies in the system, and forward delivery receipts. *Ongoing Activities:* Maintain the eSocial control spreadsheet up to date, provide support to internal departments, and participate in technical activities related to risk management together with the Occupational Health and Safety (SST) team.
