Negotiate payment terms and deadlines. Conduct visits to cities in the region for customer service and collections. Remove equipment when necessary. Previous experience as a Collection Agent, Collection Assistant, Collection Operator, or Collection Supervisor may indicate suitability for some of the activities in this position. High school diploma required.
