Requirements: * Undergraduate degree in progress or completed (Business Administration or related fields). * Minimum of 5 years of prior professional experience in a collections supervision role. * Preferred: Experience in the Funeral Services sector. * Agility in decision-making and conflict resolution, leadership, and strong communication skills. * Proficiency in tools such as auto-dialers, WhatsApp, Messenger, and automated bots.
