This outreach will be conducted via phone calls and WhatsApp, using data from our CRM system. Objective: reinforce discipline, routine, and performance across our portfolios. Your role will be fundamental to the company's results. **Experience in customer service, collections, and active sales is a plus.** Attitude in overcoming objections and closing deals will be essential. However, rest assured—you will receive all the training and support you need. Additionally, you must be sociable, communicative, dynamic, and possess positive energy and vibrancy to connect effectively with both team members and clients.
