Maintenance of positive customer relationships **VERSUO Financial Solutions is looking for a Collections Negotiator.** This role is critical to our company's success, and we are seeking someone with specific skills. **Requirements:** * Excellent communication skills and clear diction; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Strong focus on results and ability to consistently meet targets; * Prior experience in negotiations and collections; **Responsibilities:** * Maintain positive customer relationships while focusing on collecting overdue payments; * Negotiate payment plans and customized solutions for customers; * Document all interactions and update customer information accurately and promptly; * Collaborate closely with the support team to ensure customer satisfaction; **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM; **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance (VT); * Meal Voucher (VR) (R$30.00/day); * Birthday Day Off; * Gym Pass; * Profit Sharing (PLR); **Compensation:** * R$1\.641,06 fixed \+ variable commission.
