Strategically negotiate payment methods and deadlines **About the position:** We are looking for a dynamic professional with excellent persuasive skills to join our finance team. Your mission will be to transform pending issues into solutions by applying negotiation techniques to recover our customers’ credit in an empathetic and efficient manner. **Your main responsibilities:** * **Delinquency Management:** Proactively contact customers via phone and WhatsApp to resolve outstanding debts. * **Strategic Negotiation:** Propose payment methods, deadlines, and terms that seek the best solution for both parties. * **Data Management:** Record the entire negotiation history and update the collection status in the **COBMAIS** system. * **Follow-up:** Monitor payment commitments to ensure agreements are fulfilled. **What we seek:** * **Assertive Communication:** Ability to listen, overcome objections, and remain calm under pressure. * **Technological Proficiency:** Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite). * **Education:** Completed high school. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience with the **COBMAIS** system. * Previous experience in active collections or telesales.
