It is a dynamic, strategic, and results-oriented area requiring clear communication, empathy, and strong negotiation skills. **Job Responsibilities** * Conduct and respond to collection calls with courtesy, empathy, and a results-oriented approach; * Use WhatsApp and other digital channels for customer contact and negotiation; * Lead discussions regarding agreements, full settlements, and installment prepayments; * Record interactions in the CRM and route requests to the responsible departments; * Clarify doubts and professionally guide customers on contracts in a clear and professional manner; * Work with organization, confidentiality, and commitment to goals and deadlines. **Requirements** * Prior experience in active collections or financial negotiations; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Negotiation-oriented, resilient, and results-driven profile; * Basic knowledge of Excel and financial calculations. **Selection Process Steps** * Registration and Screening – Review of information and verification of candidate profile alignment. * Interview with People & Management – Discussion of background, skills, and expectations. * Interview with Department Managers – Technical evaluation and alignment with position requirements. **Join Metrocasa!** Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
