Job Summary: The Cashier Operator is responsible for managing the cash register, processing payments and health insurance agreements, as well as restocking and updating product prices in the sales area. Grupo Reis Alves is a pharmacy chain founded in Dracena, interior of São Paulo, in August 1994, operating in the pharmaceutical retail sector and establishing a new pharmacy concept centered on the **PROPOSITION** of caring for people's **WELL\-BEING**, **BEAUTY**, and **HEALTH**. The Cashier Operator is responsible for opening and closing the cash register, processing and receiving payments, health insurance agreements, and credit accounts; and also performs restocking and updating product prices in the sales area. **Required Competencies:** * Be courteous and friendly, adhering to a protocol of polite communication with others. * Interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy, high ability to notice, interpret, and anticipate others' concerns and feelings, showing respect for individuality and absence of interpersonal conflicts. * High level of discipline in following predefined processes. * Ability to abstract oneself from the environment and focus on executing tasks or activities. * High level of proactivity, anticipating problems and acting in advance to prevent them. The concept of **initiative** (taking the lead in work or starting tasks) falls under this item, as it is a fundamental condition for demonstrating proactive behavior. **Responsibilities:** * Provide customer service for receiving sales payments; * Receive, record, and securely store health insurance and credit account receipts; * Offer promotional campaign items; * Collect overdue credit account payments; * Organize payment receipts (credit card, check, credit account); * Perform cash register closing; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace; * Restock and update product prices on sales area shelves. * Maintain organization and cleanliness of store shelves. * Perform other related activities as required by the department or organization
