Key Responsibilities: * Provide telephone, WhatsApp, and other communication channel support to dealers. * Clarify inquiries regarding orders, campaigns, products, promotions, and processes. * Record and track requests, ensuring resolution within established timeframes. * Guide dealers on using systems and support channels. * Identify opportunities to foster dealer loyalty and strengthen relationships within the dealer network. * Maintain up-to-date call records in the system. * Contribute to achieving the team’s quality and productivity goals. **Requirements** * Completed high school education. * Experience in customer service, call centers, or telemarketing. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in using computer systems and IT tools. * Organized, proactive, and problem-solving oriented personality. * Ability to work collaboratively and meet performance targets. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience supporting dealers or sales consultants. * Knowledge of the beauty, cosmetics, or direct sales industry. * Strong negotiation and customer relationship management skills.
