The professional will be responsible for conducting negotiations with clients to recover credit, monitoring payments, and recording information in the system. Regular contact with clients will also be required to resolve financial outstanding issues, ensuring high-quality service. Join our team! ? Your Responsibilities: * Patient negotiation, recovery, and retention * Identification of outstanding issues * Registration of debts in SPC and SERASA; * Monitoring of receivables; * Patient reactivation; ✅ Requirements: * Completed High School education; * Strong negotiation skills; * Clear and persuasive communication; * Proactive attitude and results-oriented mindset; willingness to work with performance goals; ?
