




Job Summary: Responsible for managing and distributing meal vouchers, food vouchers, and transportation vouchers, including billing control and implementing routines in the system. Key Highlights: 1. Management and distribution of meal and food vouchers 2. Administration of transportation vouchers for employees 3. Billing control and benefit allocation * Control, organize, and distribute Meal Vouchers (VR), Food Vouchers (VA), and Transportation Vouchers (VT) to company units, ensuring correct delivery to employees * Manage requests and charge for duplicate benefit cards * Execute the Transportation Voucher routine for newly hired employees, including route planning, registration, document verification, system configuration, and coordination with operators * Manage weekly Transportation Vouchers for the FC Piracicaba unit, ensuring adherence to deadlines, value verification, and proper benefit release * Plan Transportation Vouchers by mileage (KM) for the CR Casa Branca unit, complying with internal criteria and current policies * Add and remove VT, as well as control and apply deductions for unused VT * Monitor billing and allocate ALELO (VR / VA / POD / VT), CAJU, and BUS+ benefits, ensuring values are correctly assigned to respective units and beneficiaries * Calculate VT for positions of trust * Implement the Transportation Voucher management routine in the Domínio system Minimum Education: High School (Secondary Education) * Food Voucher * Meal Voucher * Transportation Voucher * Dental Plan * Medical Plan
